Home renovation in progress

How We Work

Our Process

Three steps. Zero shortcuts. Every Su Casa home goes through the same rigorous process — so you know exactly what you're getting before you ever sign a contract.

We source what others miss.

Find

Our acquisition team works a network of off-market leads, distressed property owners, and wholesale contacts built over 12 years in the LA market. We identify undervalued homes in neighborhoods with strong appreciation potential — long before they ever hit the MLS.

  • Off-market and pre-foreclosure sourcing
  • Neighborhood appreciation analysis
  • Structural and systems assessment
  • Renovation cost estimation before purchase

Common Questions

FAQ

How long does the flip process take?

From acquisition to listing, most of our flips take 60–90 days. Larger projects can run up to 120 days. We never rush a renovation to hit a deadline.

Are your homes priced fairly for first-time buyers?

Yes. We price based on comparable sales in the neighborhood, not on maximizing our margin. Our goal is repeat business and community reputation — not a one-time windfall.

Can I tour a home before it's finished?

Absolutely. We offer pre-completion tours for serious buyers so you can see the work in progress and request minor customizations before we finalize finishes.

Do you work with buyers who need financing?

Yes. Our Buyer Relations Director Sandra Torres works with first-time buyers on financing options, including FHA loans, down payment assistance programs, and lender introductions.
